Affordable Connectivity Program
Campus Communications Group is proud to participate in the Federal Communication Commission’s Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). This program helps households pay for broadband service like CCG’s home fiber.
ACP discount
With the ACP program, eligible households may receive a discount of up to $30 per month towards their broadband Internet service. This discount will be applied directly to CCG customer bills.
Program eligibility
A household is eligible to participate in the Affordable Connectivity Program if one member of the household meets at least one of these criteria:
- Your household income is 200% or less than the Federal Poverty Guidelines (visit the FCC’s guidance for specific income levels based on the size of your household)
- If you or your child or dependent participate in certain government assistance programs such as SNAP, Medicaid, WIC, SSI, Pell Grants, School Lunch Programs or other programs
- If you or your child or dependent already receives a Lifeline benefit
How to apply
- If you are not already a CCG customer, check if service is available at your address and sign up for residential services using our online form.
- Apply online for the program and verify your eligibility with the FCC by visiting the FCC’s ACP website
- Once your household’s eligibility has been verified by the FCC and you have your ACP qualifying number, fill out CCG’s consent form to apply the ACP benefit to your home fiber service from CCG.
